Michelle O. Yip is a commercial litigator and business lawyer. Before entering private practice, she clerked for the Honorable Alan C. Kay of the U.S. District Court for the District of Hawai`i and the Honorable Richard R. Clifton of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She was the valedictorian of her class at the William S. Richardson School of Law.
Michelle has taught Business Law and Legal Environment courses as an adjunct professor at Wayland Baptist University.
