The firm secured a $1.1 million judgment for a leading environmental remediation services company in Hawaii, against a national environmental contractor. The victory capped nearly two years of litigation that culminated in a trial before Chief Judge J. Michael Seabright of the U.S. District Court for the District of Hawaii. The case involved a contractual dispute concerning two projects in which Luminate Law’s client was a subcontractor. Elijah Yip was lead counsel for the Hawaii company that initiated the lawsuit.
