He has worked on complex cases involving a variety of subject matter and represented clients in various industries, including contractors, developers, landowners, media companies, and hospitality providers. Elijah offers his litigation experience as a consultant to prospective litigants and attorneys involved in pending litigation.
We typically provide litigation consulting services to two kinds of clientele. For clients thinking of filing a lawsuit or are in the early stages of litigation, we evaluate their dispute to help them decide if litigation is a viable option and develop a long-term strategy.
